Where are my toolbars?
Word 2010 no longer uses the default Menu, Standard, or Formatting toolbars.Instead you have what are called “Ribbons.”These ribbons house many of the commands that we once relegated to dialog boxes and different option settings. It may take some time to get use to, but you will find that the ribbons seem somewhat familiar to the old Menu Toolbar.Any ribbon can be customized to your liking. All you must do is right click the ribbon and click “Customize Ribbon.”

I don’t see the print button!
-Click the “File” button. This opens the “Backstage” view.Click “Print.”Instead of opening a dialog box like in Word 2003, the Backstage view changes according to the menu you select. You should see all the same options you would have seen in the dialog box in the Backstage view.
-A Print button can be added to your Quick Access toolbar. To do so, click the drop-down menu on your Quick Access toolbar and select “Print Preview and Print.”It is not recommended to use “Quick Print” since it will print to whatever the default printer is set to at the time.
